We love Port of Leith Distillery.
A vertical distillery. A new dream for whisky. A brilliant team determined to redefine the drinks industry.
We got to know them really well when we made a short film about their journey from the initial vision to the start of the distillery build. And from there, it’s been gin films, port films and a new website.
And last year they started construction of the distillery and have kept building right through 2020. If anything will survive a pandemic, it’s whisky.
We can’t wait to have a dram of their whisky on the top floor of their distillery, looking out over the firth of forth.
